I too have had this made at my local dentist and although it seemed expensive it’s worth it! The proof is also validated by my smart watch and app re sleep score and recorded sound during the night. I was advised not to use it every night re affecting my jaw placement. When it’s used I have the best nights sleep. I never thought I’d snore as I’m not overweight and in good health for a 61 year old. This guard is highly recommended!

Kudos for the Video clip! Sorry for chiming in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you considered - Franaar Magic Dream Formula (probably on Google)? It is a smashing one off guide for eradicating sleep apnea and snoring minus the hard work. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my friend got excellent results with it.

This is glorious, I have been researching "what causes obstructive sleep apnea syndrome osas?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - letochy fast apnea plan - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? It is an awesome one off guide for discovering how to get rid of sleep apnea without the hard work. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate got excellent success with it.

@CharlesTron108 you only wear it temporarily while you sleep, nothing to do with cosmetics

If your jaws are in the right place, you wouldn't need such a device - all splints do is provide temporary relief from a structural and functional issue. In the long run, you'll have even worse issues.

@@theboyjames3065 You answered your own point, "If your jaws are in the right place" that's why I use such a device, thank you for that observation

@@troyboy4345 I'm saying you have a structural and functional issue that needs addressing, not temporary relief with a splint.

How do you realign the bite after the mandible has been pulled forward?... The top jaw is way behind the bottom now?

@@JVH5151 are they tipping your lower teeth to meet the upper? I did that because i have an underbite but that is actually harmful for both your teeth and jaw joint.

@@tapsubscribe That is the preferred strategy but that wasn't a solution for me. I have to rebuild a new bite by completely reforming my jaw. I'm with a postural orthodontist that understands the occlusion to body relationship. I had to be the worst case he'd ever seen. If the underbite is your main issue, a good orthodontist will be able to relieve your problem before it gets worse. Over/under/cross bites are things they see everyday, just do some research to find a good one within driving distance. I wish you good health!
