He has one or two original catchy ones but the rest just seem to get a free pass from teenagers that think he's cool for smoking pot 24/7. There are 70-80 year-old white men today making better music and rap than Snoop. The Northern Boys have a banger of a hook in "F the World" such that Snoop can only dream of coming up with (although it's more crossed into punk than their others). Pete & Bas "Longthorne Shotgun" is better than anything Snoop has made in the past 15 years.

Eminem is a lyrical genius. He can string together so many words that at first glance sounds like a bunch of nonsense just thrown together to rhyme. After you read the lyrics or listen a few times, this dude can tell a story like nobody else and leave you listening over and over.
