    A lot of cats been drinking and smoking since they were in middle school, so by 40 something, they're like old men. I didn't really start wildin out till my 20s... now I keep it light. No drinks during week.. just a few on the weekends.

I’m a fitness trainer and I don’t drink at all never smoked and I eat sweets on Saturday and Sunday only. My cheat days lol. Haven’t had a soda in 8 years just water lite cranberry juice and zero Gatorade

    I had Covid and I lost 20 pounds. I couldn't eat and when I tried I couldn't taste it lost sense of taste. Good now gained it all back. Hope Reggie is ok .

    I developed symptoms from covid on July 23rd and was only experiencing a cough, runny nose, and slight body chills. 2 nights ago was my first day back in the gym after 3 weeks and damn I really had to catch my breath more than usual. I'm 22 and fit as well. I just hope this isn't a long term thing... I've been avoiding to smoke too.

    Had a friend who rode a motorcycle and got forty stiches across his rib cage over a spill. He said covid was worse pain. He recovered and is doing much better now. All the best to you and your recovery.

    2 pac and Nas on a song or an album back then would've shocked the whole world, that would've been epic and changed most people's perspectives on alot or everything going on. Wish it would've happened!!!

    @@dianevrules EVERYONE has made a bad song. Pac first 2 albums had hits but filler in it. He didn't hit his stride until Me against the World. Ya'll gitta stop man. BIG difference between being a supporter and a fan.
