This man contradicts himself more than once. Shrimp are the hardest bait for snook to eat/ Shrimp are one of the best baits to use everything eats shrimp? Fish alive bait like a lure/hook them on the tail in Stillwater (present bait to snook/ you do not present a lure or bait being pulled backwards?). -I've been living and fishing Florida five days a week for 35 years. Largest snook I ever caught was on a 7-inch live shrimp hooked between the heart and brain free lining no weight, open bail let them run, Incredibly fast moviing water between two islands. What works best for me and always has for the past 35 years no matter what type of fish you're fishing for... Face hook live bait fish, they move naturally in the water when you retrieve slowly. Tides definitely matter. The biggest of all fish hunts at night!

Thank you for your inputs. Quick question per your experienced, will snook bite around 9am to 4pm? And your number 1 choice of lure?

No he doesn't. Doa shrimp has been the best bait hands down for big Skyway snook for me for years. Tie one on and you will literally catch them back to back to back. Also have caught big grouper on them there. Lots of shrimp are there you can see them jump out the water at night

@@coryman4245He literally gave exact quotes to show how he contradicted himself, and you mindlessly gave a tiktok brain-rotted robot cog response and said “nuh uh” and then blabbered about an unrelated topic that wasn’t mentioned . You’re a complete dipshit.

Excellent video. I love snook fishing. Thanks for sharing your wisdom. I'm not a big fan of wade fishing. I had a shark slam a spanish mackerel I was reeling in about eight feet away from me on the beach one time, very freighting. All I could think of is he could have taken my hand off while taking a fish off the hook.

A lot of haters below. Do some research before making ignornant comments. In the pantheon of North American snook fisherman, Capt. Moore is universally regarded as the best spinning reel snook fisherman. No one really comes close.

Fishing structure is superior….point blank. There’s a reason dolphin spook structure…it gets results and I’m pretty sure this guy will not be giving advice to those fishing assassins. If your using a coated stainless steel 80 lb leader that snook can flare his gills til the cows come home. Big lures and treble hooks keep the snook from choking it gone…face it , fish with lures in their face get to swim away unharmed and choked lures and bait send injured fish away to be upside down or eaten by prey. Their are two kind of fishermen…. Lure users with skill and bait fishermen that count on baits work.
