He so humble inspite of his popularity takes his negative comments also in a positive way to improve himself that should be the way .he is so confident .such a delight to see him conducting himself so elegantly and maturely.the fame has not hit him .he is still so grounded. One has so much to learn from actors and artists like him .

I enjoyed this interview very much. Farhan is very articulate, and Maliha, unlike other interviewers, interjected just enough without dominating her guest. A very balanced presentation. I am writing for yet another reason. Farhan seemed to be surprised why "Mere Humsafar" is so popular in India (and elsewhere, as Maliha pointed out). I can't speak for masses but sharing my reasons: I had never heard of Farhan until about 6 weeks ago. One of his video clips gently singing a non-Punjabi song came into my KZread suggested feed. As I listened to him, not knowing who he was and whether he had received formal training, I loved his singing. I saw a tremendous potential in him as a future ghazal singer. With some training and regular riyaz, he is capable of reaching the heights of the late Mehadi Hasan Saheb. I commented to that effect, and someone said he is more like Jagjit Singh. LOL I Googled Farhan Saeed and learned more about him. Then I checked out "Mere Humsafar." Saw a couple of promos, and then I BROKE MY PROMISE TO MYSELF .... NEVER TO WATCH A TV SERIAL... EVER. 😂 I live in the US, and as a rule, never watch daytime soaps or prime time tele-serials. No time and no interest. Only exception was: "Roots." Televised a few decades ago, it counts more as a documentary, chronicling the plight of African Americans, slavery in Colonial America, and exploitation of generations of Black Americans. However, Mere Humsafar's couple of promos were enough. My friends in India watch it regularly but then they are usually "glued to the tube," as we say. Now I look forward to its new episodes. Why? As with a few Pakistani short tele films that I have seen on KZread, I find Pakistani actors better, their acting genuine, dialogues and their delivery natural, and sets and scenes realistic. The language is "bol-chaal ki Urdu" that is sweet and easy to understand unlike "Hinglish" of their Indian counterparts, which is such a huge turn off. I love all the characters of "Mere Humsafar"... even those whom many of us love to hate, such as Shah Jahan and Rumi, to a lesser extent. Dadi, Hamza and Hala are my favorites, as they are of million others. Farhan and Hania have an on-screen chemistry. Together they are adorable. Farhan seems to be not acting but is "living" Hamza's character. Interestingly, he says in the interview that he has become more like Hamza. Hania's portrayal of Hala, as a timid and insecure girl is very realistic. However, I wish, like Meryl Streep, she did not cry so much. She bowls her eyes out with the drop of a hat! Not her fault. Ask the screenwriter(s). Both Hania and Meryl, when you think of them, you will picture them teary, red-eyed with nose having turned tomato red from blowing it too much. So, this serial has all the appeal: the cast, their chemistry, natural and understated acting, sharp dialogues (especially, Dadi's) and, yes, Farhan Saeed ... I liken him to Bollywood super star, the late Rajesh Khanna. On the screen, he came across as a nice guy, likable, lovable, attractive, a natural actor whom men admired and women of all ages simply adored him. He could be your son, brother, friend, and the friendly and nice guy next door. He also had a strong appeal and many star-crazy Indian girls claimed to have had fallen in love with him. 🤣 Farhan is all that ... and more. I am a fan of him as a singer as well... of soft and gentle ghazals. Whatever he does, as long as he doesn't let his success go to his head (here he seemed quite down to earth to me, and I hope it stays that way), he will do very well. I wish this young man a very successful and rewarding career and much happiness in his personal life. __________ Farhan: are you reading this? Say: "Yes." 🙂

He doesn't really know what he has done on mere hamsafar, that moment where both hala and he were entering to mall and that lines, he had broke the mindset of those people who think, responsibilty of saving a relation is on female. He is balancing all the relations really well..!!

From Suno Chanda and Udaari then Prem Gali and now in Badshah Begum and Mere Hamsafar,his acting skills are improving and more improving and now in my opinion he is one of the most loved Pakistani male actors.

It's good to see how he is Soo humble even after getting years old success.

Farhan is such a darling..such an honest and genuine person...came to know about him after Mere Humsafar started trending on youtube..after that became a die hard fan of him ..came to know about him just this august only...since then watched all the previous episodes of Mere Humsafar...till now watched his udaari too..loved that also...have started watching sila now....loved him there also..he was so natural from his first serial sila only..so romantic, so good looking...with beautiful voice...fan of his song - tu thodi der aur thehar ja.. Don't know y i m not liking suno chanda...watched 3-4 episodes of that...tried very hard that i may like it but couldn"t.. I found farhan and iqra chemistry or fights to be quite loud and artificial..i loved the character played by his mother and iqra's brother and their daadi..their dialogue delivery looks natural..Other than these three, rest everyone looks artificial...and when i read and hear that suno chanda was such a big hit that its 2nd part was also made, i start thinking, y i m not liking that.. Coming back to farhaan....sometimes question God that how can a person be so good in everything- singing, acting, humourous, genuine soul, so good looking that u instantly fall in love with him...sometimes feel sad...y he is from pakistan and not from India.. or y these two beautiful countries which have so much similarity keep fighting..y can't they live friendly and happily..Wish relations between both the countries become very good soon and we are able to hear and watch farhaan in Indian Movies and Indian Songs..
