I never want to bring race into these shows, but I could definitely see alittle bit of this coming from Camille’s. Al’s not expecting to be believed with no checking. I’m glad that captain Sandy handled correctly. I remember that captain Lee did too. It’s all too familiar for some places lol.

Exactly! It’s a sacrifice that not everyone needs to hear about. Working on boats is not a democracy it’s a dictatorship. He’s there to work not have personal time to work out. He should go work as a PT if that’s a huge issue for him.

Camille’s had this attitude, all her life. She had a problem with the assistant principal, and apparently had many more run-ins, so she got kicked out of school and got her GED. I don’t believe she’ll ever change.

You're just figuring this out now? The last two seasons of BD focused on the trendy race-baiting, as did other Bravo franchises. Drama is "the" number one attention getter, view getter. Camille wants to be in show biz. She sings with another person and went on to a show that judges their work. How she works with another person is beyond me. She can’t do same aboard ship. Anyway, seeing her as a lazy, back talking, stubborn individual will not help her career. Would rep her? Why doesn’t she get that?

It's way past time Camille was called out.

Is she really say throw glass in the ocean with living things?

It was evident Camille does not have the experience nor the work ethic to be on luxury charter yachts. Her style and ability of work is wearing sunnies and drinking a coke as she said herself. Captain Sandi shows how great of a leader she is by instructing the person causing the problem, i.e. the weakest link in the chain of her team. Camille will have a short rope and I will not be surprised when she is fired. It’s a ship up or ship out moment for her.

Camille lacks humility.

I've only watched a few of these clips on this channel, not the show, but it seems like it is only about workers complaining about having to work.

The knew when Sandy came on she would sniff out the problem children right away. Camille has got to go.

I don't know in my opinion she (Alyssa) saw how Camille manipulated Capitan Sandy saying that Alyssa wanted to know where she was every minute of the day, and saw that it worked. So I think Alyssa is doing the same thing by crying in front of Capitan Sandy. All be it Camille needs to definitely show up and work and keep quiet, however Alyssa is trying to single Handley get her fired. I don't just my thought.

She loves telling her what to do a little too much. The cooler not being at the beach was Alyssa's fault. She went over to set up the beach and didn't take the drinks then was mad Camille didn't have them. Those drinks should have been there ready to serve when the guest arrived.

I think Alissa let her position get straight to her head right from the beginning. I agree with Captain Sandy that Camille was being pulled in different directions but unfortunately that's what she signed up for. She spends a lot of time not doing the work properly or very slow that no one wants to work with her. I don't agree with the bullying though. You don't have to belittle someone to get your point across. Once you start doing that then the person won't want to work for you and that is what she is now doing.

I’m impressed by the young South Africans, New Zealand’s, and most of the kids from the UK. Very hard working. When Jao told his families story of them being robbed , home invaded, twice by the blacks there , was heart breaking. It’s a common story there now . Very hard working man.

Camille’s attitude is pretty bad however i it would annoy the hell out of me to be a deck/stew. Having 2 bosses would be less then ideal. Also the bosun gives be a bad vibe since his confession regarding his sexual appetite.

Almost like three bosses, because she has to answer to Alissa as well as Fraser and Ross. Maybe add Sandy to that. People can hate on Camille. That's easy to do, and, to be fair, she doesn't make it easy on herself. But we haven't seen a lot of footage of the people supervising her communicating to each other so she's not getting one assignment from one while she's doing something else she was assigned by another. Then, when she tells them "So and so has me doing this," she's the villain for complaining? That doesn't seem entirely right.

I’m not sure about that. Lisa put up with Ajax Taylor for way too long. He lied to her and stole from her. When customers asked for a specific drink he didn’t want to make he would say no I’m making this instead. Plus he caused numerous fights at the restaurant inside and out. Was late for work on a regular basis etc. Sandy wouldn’t have put up with that.

It is interesting how most people are only ragging on Camille. Alyssa has attitudes, split personality, and is lazy as well. She has attitude and blames her father because he was so strict, but then tries to play victim. She and Hayley were supposed to be cleaning cabins, and they chatted without working for a good 25 mins. Alyssa also did tell Canille to stock the fridge, which she did, but that first time Alyssa showed poor professionalism when she berated Canille because it wasn't filled to the brim like she does it. Camille has her faults, just like they all do. Fraser goes behind her back and behaves like mean girls with Hayley and Alyssa, rather than going to Camille and telling her. He is not a good leader right now, especially when last season he bitched about his stew doing exactly what he's currently doing. Hayley has lazy moments too, so it's not only Camille. Also, some people do need structure in jobs. It sounds like Camille has better experience in deck...watch when she first did undock and dock...Ross did not have to explain to her what line was what like he did with dedicated deck crew. I come from a background of organized chaos and chaos with my entertainment design career, but when I worked out of field jobs, I needed structure and a schedule because it is a completely different work environment. I am not saying Camille doesn't need to work harder and less attitude, but I am saying there are other factors and crew that need to improve as well. I hope Camille and others work it out and do great work. I speak from experience. In my line of work, lives and are literally in our hands. I had one Cree member not work at all and only when our bosses came by she pretended to work. I spoke with her about it and got no where, we had department meetings and that didn't work, I went to our bosses and they said we've be told by others and they didn't show proof of their allegations. I recorded one day when our bosses were off set and showed the them when they got back. The next day, the lazy co worker dropped a 300lb cirque platform and I was yanked down with my hands still holding my end. I broke my neck, back, rt shoulder and my spinal cord was being torn. it all stemmed from me following every protocol and lack of leadership. I have lost everything and fought so hard just to walk again. With my experience, I'm never going to single out one without seeing first if others have their own issues to work out. Each interior Cree can improve as well and if it doesn't, then at least they did all they could.

Fraser and Ross need to have a meeting with Camille and give her a warning about expectations and consequences. Camille needs to find another line of work where she can be her own boss and work solo. This industry is based on a hierarchy and she's at the bottom and will never move up through the ranks because she's lazy and has a terrible attitude.

Fraser should have pulled her up when she gave attitude to Alissa in front of him. Alissa got no back up from him. She looked really despondent. Everyone says he is too nice to be Chief Steward but I remember before he was. He complains behind back rather than to face. That is at the very least weak but I think a sign of lack of character.

Camille should be fired.

Fraser is nauseating as well as the clients.

Crew gets $3500-4500 an episode. Bosun gets $5,000.00. Chef gets ten grand

Captain Sandy keeping it black and white. My kinda Captain.

Why does Capt Sandy keep doing the same thing in keeping these horrible stews? Or is it production thinking we want strife.

I believe Captain Sandy tries to bring out the best of her crew and she only has the best intentions. I totally agree about horrible stews and I think it adds to the drama of the show but I don't think it's a production thing because all of these people are supposed to be good at their jobs and have all of the safety certificates before they can be hired.
