I love cake...

butter cream flowers taste better than fondant flowers.... at least in my oppinnion... and knowing that msot cakes here in Finland are just cakes with ordinary cream, these things just look amazing XDDD

Actually, it's more sanitary if you don't wear gloves and wash your hands a LOT. Because often with gloves we doesn't realize something is on our hands, or we've wiped our face with a gloved finger, and so we forget to wash as much. Plus, if they're wearing gloves and don't realize they have a staining agent on their hands, it could spell disaster if they accidently mark the cake.

Most chefs don't wear gloves.. it would be so much more difficult to work with them on - as long as you keep your hands clean and wash them frequently there's nothing unsantiary about it.

i hate buttercream flowers they are just to fragile

the cakes in this show are ugly. the ones in cake boss on tlc are much better
