Great video. I'm so glad that you mentioned that it is safe to use a drop pin tow ball. I have been at so many recoveries where the local experts have gone crazy when I put the strap loop through the pin as described in your video. Years ago, the drop pin style tow ball was the golden standard for recoveries until the rated recovery points became a thing. Obviously, the towbar has to be strong enough with the correct HT fixing bolts.

Correct yes, I've used that recovery point for years and I've done some serious recoveries with it. As you stated, make sure the bolts and towbar/bumper is strong enough to handle it.
