The APV land rovers were given to the Iraqi police from what I hear, a very small few were kept and turned into press vehicles for use in Bosnia but no idea what happened to those. They are built/were built by glover webb.

Hi I recently was told by a friend of mine that an agent from the UK that was trying to sell him a weathered/waterproofed WOLF Land Rover told him that the ‘wolf rim’ the ANR4583 is NOT the ‘original’ rims but were first introduce in Iraq during the gulf war. The original he was told is the ‘blindo rims’ (the one you would find in a WMIK). Is this legit?

The only landrovers that had Blindo alloys were the Rwmiks and the newer Snatch Vixen.

How do you reverse in one of these for bay parking?

I sold that one to Henry Cole,shed and Burried for ten. I haven’t watched the episode but I was told it was sold on for 12 which still isn’t expensive.

Average ones go for about 8 grand and usually are missing a piece or two… good quality ones are nearer to 12 depending on milage.
