    When you said "it puts me in the zone", that clicked...thats what crocheting does for me. I work with dementia patients and when i take out my yarn, they calm right down...THEY GET INTO THE ZONE TOO!

    Spent 10 years knitting on the bus back and forth between home and work. I'm a middle aged woman and had many many people staring..but your right you get in the zone and time goes away
