I love how snak still has the same sound he did 8 years ago. Snak and merk are 2 of my faveorite artists i just feel like merk is focusing to much on remix’s lately and it drives me nuts. I know he has a bunch of original music trust me ive listened to it all. And still do. I just feel like theres to many of his so called “fans” who only listen to remix’s by him. His new music is really good i just hate when i bring up merkules in a conversation to people and they say “oh the remix guy” and then front like they are real fans. Ask them to name a song and the only ones they know are the remix’s. Makes me sick to be honest. Charles MacLellan word. Ive been listening to him since back in 06 or 07 i think it was when “the ripper” album came out and sence then ive been hooked. I can still listen to his old stuff and still enjoy it like the day i first heard it. I discovered merk probably a few months after snak. The thing i love about the 2 of them is how they kinda have that aggressive grimey sound. Like i said it doesnt matter if merk keeps doing remixes because at the end of the day merk has loads of great original music.

Snakeheart Entertainment still love snak but merk is leaving him in the dust. They are two of my favourites for sure but merkules is doing something right with his marketing and getting his shit out there to the masses better. I think snak is too grimy for most I love it but you can see how it wouldn't appeal to everyone. I think merk killing a bunch of covers really got his name out there and he has been working his craft to the next level.
