Ujico*/Snail's House I do like this, I just only wished I had an animation about your more serious/emotional songs. I really feel you have a story behind them. Especially from L’ete. It feels like you have a tale about Snail girl, but not the way you’ve shown so far animation wise, but more emotional, like a fully fledged narrative. So, worth asking, do you? And if so, do you ever intend to have it animated? Even in small bite parts? (Think of that Shelter video, that’s what I mean. Listening to Porter Robertson’s songs, there’s so much more behind that first animation, implies by the lyrics. )

Is it just me, or the whole story is representing what this little doggy was feeling, while dying. At the end, we can see his soul flying to the sky, and then, it's gone, because he went to heaven.

Aww reading this made me sad,since I'm a big animal lover

This song and video makes me feel like I'm dead and just watching my world and my life melt away into obscurity. It fills me with incomprehensible bittersweet and a deep, hollow sadness... like if I died at an early age, just when I barely understood the concept of life. Or maybe late into my years, when everyone's moved on and my home is filled with shadows of who I was and what I've done. Idk. It's powerful. I listen to this when I feel like dying but don't want to die. That way I simulate the feeling of letting it all go. It helps me come back to it later with a clearer mind.

You have a very interesting perspective. That's so mezmerizing.

I think this dog is taking a détour down memory lane to remember all the good things in its life. The dog seems to be sleeping a lot as well which is natural for old dogs. I'm assuming this animation is showing the final hours of this dog's life before it eventually passes. Really sad thinking but regardless, I'm glad to know the dog lived a happy life.

I think I finally figured it out. At 05:26 we see the Puppy break apart as the world takes on rainbow colors. I take this to mean that like everything else in the video before it, Puppy is taking a new shape after breaking apart. Just like in real life, when we die, we don’t just disappear; we decay and become new parts of the world. In the end, the puppy is immortalized as it will always exist within the world, just not in the shape we expect. Hence the objects throughout the video becoming spirits and other creatures not looking exactly as they once did. Since puppies can allegedly see ghosts, Puppy knows that it will never stop existing when it dies. It will become something else. Death isn’t a final destination, it’s a Detour to a new road.

I think it died. I don't mean that to be edgy, but I see it like, as if it's a newly formed doggo spirit that is getting its first glimpses of the spirit realm and trying to make sense of its old memories mixed with newly figuring out how things work in the spirit world.

*crys silently as I check the "no" box on a " does the dog live " survey* (Grapes are poison to dogs, and the fact that's the last fruit before the watercolor sequence, and one of the last things the puppy sees is the fridge makes you think)

This animation is so fluid, so crisp, so nice. It almost looks like Studio Ghibli. And the song is relaxation, damn it just calms my mind.

This MV and song has the vibes of going home and having a hearty meal cooked up by your parents after a long day of school or after a soccer practice. Thank you so much Snail for pumping out some quality Vibes!

This made me feel extremely nostalgic and the melody is calm but... Sad? And the cute visuals... But things dissapearing and becoming nothing, made me feel sad.. Love this though, even if i shed more than a tear watching live, truly moving music and animation.

well the doggo is dreaming, but you could interpret it as the doggo died in his sleep while he was dreaming and these are his last moments

I don't know quite why, but this made me cry. It's very sweet, but somehow so sad.I think it's because the little dog reminded me of two of my dogs that died within the last few years. Just everything melting makes it seem like it's the end of the dog's life. ETA: A week has passed and I keep finding myself back at this video.

From what I saw, it's actually a really depressing and melancholic song, so it's not surprising that you almost cried. It shows about our main character snow doggo who lives a happy life with his owner, seeing everything around him change and develop, to then die after a great life. The scene of the doggo rising up into the sky symbolises the doggo dying. It laying on a blank background with rainbowish shadows is heaven. The furniture fading symbolises its owner's trusty life changing. And the ending, with the doggo happily running, really struck my heart. Amazing song with amazing visuals. Ujico really outdid himself this time around
