    Hi, i'm doing a multiplexer with SN74HC**N chips but i have a problem. Previously l've done a multiplexer with 74LS** chips and i was simple, i just connected inputs to ground to make it zero, but i never connected

    I've used 5v. As SN74LS00 is a ttl ic and ttl ic uses 5v, so power supply must be 5V.

    Heyho. Nice video, very basic and understandable for beginners. What do you think one TTL circuits max current is it takes? I want to build a bit bigger circuit with about 25 circuits and some leds. got a 1A supply

    I'm not able to say the exact value but 5v, 1A power supply is more than enough for your circuit. (I'm assuming that you're going to use 25 TTL IC and 5mm 17 LEDs)

    @@EEWave Yeah. Got about 20-25 TTL circuits, 5 3mm LEDs, 6 7-Segment displays and one 14-Segment display

    Yes you can. But you have to connect a transistor with the LDR.

    Yes, working is same but output pins are little bit different. As 4011 is CMOS ic so we can apply it upto 15 volt circuit.

    Because we have to connect all the pins to a single power supply, so these all should be connected together.
