OK how long do you put it in fridge for at each stage, also do you leave bottom tier cake to set before putting second tier on top

@@frilly2010 allow atleast 15mins inside the fridge , yes all the cakes top and bottom should be stabilized when putting another cake, so it will not damage when you hold it
