Smudging a horse - Camilleshorsemanship style

Үй жануарлары мен аңдар

We have not shown this side often, we are very spiritual people and have our own way of connecting with horses - including smudging, cleansing and clearing a horse spiritually
not every horse we come across do we do this with, but if we get to a stage with a horse and feel they are 'stuck' we connect on a spiritual level and help them out.
Remi is a fantastic horse, we Really love her and want the Best possible home for her, we know she has so much to offer someone - she just doesnt trust that belief.
Candice is using her reiki/breathe/energy healing ways to connect on various levels (present and beyond) to help move stuck energy that may be hanging on and blocking Remi's beliefs from moving forward.
Jordan and Ryder are using sage with an eagle feather to clear, cleanse and sweep away energy that is no longer needed
we are asking her to trust us in this and to accept that she is lovable and has so much love to give someone, she holds a wall up to be 'worthy' of love.
Candice is pouring the feeling of 'being lovable' into her and giving her the space to feel her own power; all at the same time Candice embodies what Remi is feeling and she grabs those feelings and releases them through her self by breathe work.
I wish you could zoom into her eyes, half way through she begins to cry.
this is not present beliefs, this is OLD OLD beliefs coming out of her.
we get along with so many horses and so many horses come to us to connect, I think mostly becuase we create space for just being present in the moment. We do our best to live life right now and we do not tend to worrry about what 'story' a horse has come with..Becuase a horse does what it needs to do in its life to be where it is right now for who knows where it will go from there...
this has been an interesting week for us, and one that we felt was the time to share another side of who we are.

When I watched the short earlier today I googled smudging horses. Then I got the pleasure of watching the smudging in full. What a beautiful spiritual experience for the four of you. Passing on this knowledge to your son was incredibly special and I am so grateful that you shared it with us. I loved that she mouthed, lowered her head when she felt the release. Soon she will believe that she is loved, respected and believe that she can trust humans with her heart ❤️. Thankyou so much for sharing your heritage and cultural with us.

Wow! There seems to be a lot of “experts” who watch your channel & have a lot of unsolicited advice. I have no experience with horses - none at all - I just love horses! I find them to be so beautiful & majestic!! I love watching your channel because I can clearly see how much you love horses & how much your horses love & respond to you. So you won’t ever get “expert horse advice” from me, just a thumbs up for a job well done. Thank you for sharing your videos. I really do enjoy watching them & learning from you too!!

I’d wager the closest many of those so called “experts” have been to a horse is putting manure on their rose bushes. Ignore the naysayers, enjoy the videos and the interaction between Jordan, Candice and their animals. 😀

Thank you all for sharing this very moving ceremony. It makes me think of Anna Breytenbach and her work with communicating with animals. It feels so wonderful to see that these traditions which all traditional cultures seem to have are still around and growing stronger. I recommend watchingthe video of Anna communicating with the black leopard "Spirit" for a similar truely moving experience. We desperately need these kerpers of the Spirit of Earth to continue to show that there are many more dimensions in life than just the physical. Love you all. ❤❤❤

Her owner is selling her, she is going to leave you and her herd ...why would she not question herself? Why would there not be a block in her energy? Looks like you are reassuring her that she will be OK (and loved) elsewhere (moving forward) ....To trust you and her owner who is selling her.

I was surprised to read your explanation of energy clearing and your methods of cleansing. Which i think is pretty cool. However, having watched your early interactions with Piper and having called her a brat on several occasions, it struck me at those times it was creating a negative disconnect between her and Candace and creating an enegy block between horse and handler on a subconscious level felt by both. It was my perception by the negative words put into those interactions, Candace exuded a negativity contradictory to what you now attempt to remove from another equine. Words have power, especially negative words like "brat". It was my observation. Piper wasn't being a brat but was reacting to your energy thinking she was a "brat". A better way to frame her perceived bratty behavior more appropriately identified as a self preserving attribute, which helps explain more appropriately human understanding to the frightened foals insecure behavior. Just my thoughts.

it's the tone that matters, not the words. every animal feeling the vibrations of the words, whether the person is speaking to it positively or negatively. and it's obvious that paper is a headstrong little princess, who still has a lot to learn. this isn't disney land. we are talking about real horses here. she would also be reprimanded by her mother and the herd (with bites and kicks).

  • @lc285

    @lc285

@Optimismus53 - Everything is energy, and in the field of energy work, I disagree to your statement words have no meaning, and it's only the tone implied. Neither do horses use human language or use human concepts. The foal would be taught by mother mare certain manners applicable to equine interactions. However, this feral foal having lost its mother after a short period of time had nursed from her for an estimated two weeks, and then separated. A feral foal would not behave similarly to a new human surrogate mother as to its horse mother. Piper was afraid and self preserving. But not a brat for acting that way. I would agree with your statement this isn't Disneyland.
