Yes! I'm old school too! Mom taught us to always wash the meat... I also buy my vegetables frozen.. I love oxtails. I haven't bought any lately because they cost more than I like to pay. Lol But I must try this recipe. It looks delicious! Hopefully I will find some oxtails in my price range soon! 😉👌
