Yeah, it's not. But as far as i know, alight motion doesn't have any motion tracking capabilities.

Hi! Thanks! just add a non-fill box (bordered) and use drawing progress effect. For the text inside use the text progress effect.

Hi! For the countdown: just add text then input a number where you wanna start then go add effect>text>countdown. The add keyframe from start to end.

Motion traking in the sense that I am tracking the object's motion. Key framing is the tool/ feature used to achieve this. Even premier users uses key frame to track motion. Have a great day!
