Seasoning mix:
1/4 cup light brown sugar
2 Tsp salt
2 Tsp pepper
2 Tsp smoked paprika
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tsp onion powder
1 Tsp ground mustard
1/2 Tsp cinnamon
1/2 Tsp celery salt
1/4 Tsp cayenne
Instructions
Prep the ribs, remove membrane
Season generously
On the smoker 250 degrees (meat side up)
After 1 hr, add apple juice to ribs
After 2 hours remove and foil wrap
In foil add seasoning, butter, and honey. (Ribs face down in foil and In smoker)
Add sauce to smoker (bbq sauce, honey, apple juice, apple cider vinegar)
After another hour, check for doneness (195-205 degrees)
Remove and sauce
Back on for 20 min.

You said meat down twice but the first one you wrapped meat up not down
