Saw Chris live in 2019 in Dresden, Germany, in a double-concert with Bonnie Tyler. Being an ardent fan of Bonnie's, I said to myself before his show started: "I might as well make off if I get bored." Guess what: I stayed until the end. I enjoyed the show (although by far not as much as Bonnie's), singing along with the biggest hits. One of the shows I will remember for life.

DANKE SMOKY, das war die Musik in meiner noch unbeschwehrten Jugend. Man merkt erst im Alter, 50- 60, wie schnell das Leben vorbei ist, die unbeschwerte Jugend, die Gesundheit , Pläne die man hat und Schmetterlinge der Liebe im Bauch, alles vorbei. Im gewissen Alter ist man nur noch froh wenn man keine Schmerzen hat und sein Alltag noch bewältigt bekommt. ❤🎉🙏👍❤

I am 64 and still addicted to this song. I listen to it, at least once a week. How can I forget this legend? Smokie will remain one of the best bands ever!

This great song reminds me of my dad who passed away 6 months ago when it was in the charts we lived next door to a woman called Alice and when he came in from the pub on Saturday night he would play this song. Happy memories. So in these dark times of covid 19.its nice to hear it again. Thumbs up to our wonderful NHS.

This song brings back so many memories from when i was a child. It came so often on the radio when i was at my grandparents and so everytime i hear it i remember all the great moments i had with my grandparents back then. I start to cry every time i hear the song now and i wish they were still here so i could listen to it once more with them on my side. i really wish they would still be here

I remember this song from my childhood. This other guy was renting from my Aunts yard,he always used to play Smokie songs. I was just a kid by then, but wherever he is I hope he is doing well in life ☺️ Songs like these remind me of him. And I thank him for this masterpiece, not forgetting the Smokie group ❤️
