Perfect recipe for a tuna dip! We make it regularly in Cabo. Next time put some of the dip in a foil pan, then back on the Traeger with some smoke for about 15 minutes stirring once about halfway through. Less fishy And amazing! Love the show!

Yes we eat all our fish heads, Smoked is best, salt pepper & brown sugar...split righ open and let sun at it for cple hrs to let the Brown sugar caramelize but don't let the sun over cook the fish or spoil it, keep an eye on things...the salt drws out all the access moisture and replace with Brown sugar mix after first hour in sun. The eyes and the brain mucus is Second to NONE!..eat WARM with Bread and some fish flesh, not too much flesh...I personally just drink it all straight! ❤👍 The RICHEST OMEGA 3 a-UniqueFAT SWEET TASTE..it doeznt look appealing but believe me it is so sweet...especially if you've smoked it right👍❤... just like natural Lobster butter!... Thanks again Nik and FAMZ!.. KEEP THEM COMING!
