    I'm here because of Shokugeki No Souma (Food Wars). One of the characters there, Ibusaki, used smoked salt to cook his Curry dish. This is amazing.

    I cold smoke my salt with pellet tubes in my Webber 26 inch, I put different cheeses in there to😊

    hi.... sorry,,,, the most common woods to get here where I am are Maple, Oak and White Ash..... I buy my wood from a reputable company that only sells hardwoods..,.... there really isn't much flavor difference between these woods... they just give you a nice smoke flavor.... I want to try other woods but they aren't as easy to source..... Thanks for watching and I hope that helps.....

    hi , thanks for watching.... i had the temp in the smoker between 225-250F - my normal range for when I do brisket and other things.... I hope this helps... thank you...
