8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 large cucumber
1 tbsp dill chopped
3 oz hot smoked salmon

1. Combine softened cream cheese, chopped dill, and smoked salmon into a smooth spread.
2. Using a vegetable peeler, peel the cucumber into thin strips.
3. Spread the smoked salmon spread onto each strip and roll-up. Serve chilled.

Thanks for this nice idea! But I have guests who can't eat cheese & I don't have smoked salmon, so using your idea, I'll make subsitutions. I'll use avo mayo w/ a little of siracha sauce for a spicy kick & canned salmon instead of smoked salmon. Should be great!
.. those cucumbers are huge...
Why not use a food processor?
