I am absolutely loving this Blackstone 22" X: Griddle Pellet Grill Combo. It is the perfect thing to make this delicious Smoked Pork Belly Fried Rice. This is by far one of the best fried rice dishes I have ever made or had. The smoky flavor of the pork mixed with the Asian flavors of the fried rice blends so well together to make an amazing Smoked Pork Belly Fried Rice!
