Smoked Jalapeno Popper Meatballs On The Weber Kettle

I'm about to teach you how to make what just might be the best smoked smoked meatballs you've ever had. Or the best stuffed meatball. Or the best meatballs period! In this video we take a very basic 5-ingredient meatball recipe and take it to the next level by stuffing the center with diced jalapenos and Pepper Jack Cheese. Then I put it on my Weber Kettle and smoke it with Hickory Wood for 2 hours. Finally I dunk them in BBQ sauce spiked with Frank's Red Hot Sauce for the last 10 minutes. MAN OH MAN! You've got to try this, guys. Best smoked Meatballs EVER!

    Thanks man! Perfect amount too bro. I’ll tell ya man, there’s no substitute for Frank’s. I took that batch to a party so we didn’t get any of them at home. Made another batch yesterday using Louisiana hot sauce and the kick wasn’t nearly as smooth and pleasant.

    Thanks buddy! I gotta warn you, the prep is a beast if you're doing a lot of them. But the result is worth every minute. Hey by the way, I never heard back from you on that new method I recommended to you for smoking low and slow. How did that go?

    @@RonOnTheGrill Hi Ron, you were right when you said that a full chimney of charcoal is alot so I tried a little less than half a chimney and it brought the temperature down. I'm starting to get better control of the temperature now and am having better cooks as a consequence. The only problem is my wife is complaining that I'm spending more time on my Napoleon kettle than on my new Napoleon Prestige Pro 500. The kettle is way more fun!
