Smoked cream cheese turned into stuffed jalapenos.

I smoked the cream cheese on our weber grill. I wanted to get it done as it was the 4th of July and I had things to do. The temp on our grill was really high. I don't know how to regulate it . Ideally the temp should be at 200-225. It should be low and slow. (we have an actual smoker, but it is large and heavy) I usually make due with what I have and what I am doing. I did not follow a recipe for the stuffed jalapenos. I just added sharp cheddar, mayo, minced onion / garlic. I added the two smoked cream cheese. I filled the jalapenos and put them in a pan back on the grill to cook. It turned out great!! The stuffed jalapenos were smokin good! This is for fun purposes only . I am not an expert.
