SMOKED CHICKEN LEGS | Weber Kettle | SNS Slow N Sear | Weber Grill

I smoked some great chicken legs using the Weber kettle and the slow n sear. It turned out great and my family enjoyed them.
Recipe
8 Chicken Legs
1 tablespoon of fresh ground black pepper
1 tablespoon of Lawrys Seasoning salt

    Does the charcoal type affect the flavor? I need this chicken in my life without onion salt (allergic) lol

    Yes. I recommend lump charcoal. It’s oak, hickory that’s been burned down. It will give you the best smoke/bbq flavor. If you want to take up a notch add a chunk of oak, or hickory wood. Like I do in my Weber videos. Thank you for your comment and please subscribe.
