Thanks ! I have my turkey rubbed down with my favorite seasoning and I have Avocado oil , just want I had on hand . I'm going to fire up my Akorn Jr tomorrow . Too many neighbors lurking around right now . 😂 I can't do anything around here because everyone is so nosey . They all have their own grills but are too lazy to use them and come up with all kinds of excuses not to use them . I got tired of sharing with everyone . I even gave some of them BBQ grills with competition charcoal and they still won't use them . Too bad for them ! I'm going to keep enjoying the best tasting BBQ'ed food in my entire life . 😋 Thank you for making this video and happy Grilling and Smoking . It's super time right now and I just heard my neighbors driving off . He He He ! I know they saw me cleaning the Kamado this afternoon . Mesquite lump charcoal is delicious too . I'm a poor man living off Social security so I try to get what I can on special . I love delicious food and I love to make my own . Another thing , I won't leave my BBQ and go anywhere , once I had the temperature go from 400 degrees fahrenheit to over 650 degrees fahrenheit while getting me a cold brew from the fridge . 😅

Hey man! I totally get that. Our house in on the corner and my yard is pretty much wide open. My neighbors will be walking by and smell that smoke. All of a sudden they want to stop and talk. Too funny. Man I tell ya. Cooking outdoors is just plain fun. I appreciate you taking time to watch and comment. It means a lot. ✌🏼

Hey my friend depending on how many people you are grilling for , you may want to get the full size Akorn Kamado , these Akorn Jr's are small and the larger ones can be had for a bit more . I have a Primo Round Kamado and a Akorn Jr and for smaller cooks I use the Jr .

Don't forget to follow the instructions , you need to burn off all the packing oils and afterwards oil the grates before cooking . Assembly isn't so bad . Some bolts were easier with a nut driver . I ordered directly from Char Griller and they took their sweet time shopping it , 30 days . They took my money right away . I think I saved 10 or 20 dollars , but I would have rather had it sooner . Especially after using it . 😅
