    I went out and bout two of them little red handled tomato scrapers because you told me it was the best thing for cleaning jalapenos and here you are using a spoon to scrape them like I have did all my life. I am thinking you must have misplaced it, right? 🙂 I am the king of Jalapeno poppers on my side of town, everybody requests them for parties. I like to use pepper-jack to mix in with the cream cheese, I love these, they are like bacon candy with a little heat. Great video Mike! PS, tell Dave he should have put 4 clips around that lid so it could be carried by the handle and also help keep the lid closed more tightly.

    Haha. Mike and I actually had a funny talk about that little scraper when planning the cook. Those jalapeño poppers of yours must be good! We’ll take a few 🙌 - JP

    Lol when we were discussing this video, I debated on using the tomato shark but it was decided that it would be better to use something that everyone has in their kitchen. I use the tomato shark all the time lol. Thank you very much for watching!

    Awesome cook. Bet they'd be good with beef bacon too for a change from hog. Also to Mike, you've sold me on buying that travel kettle. Being that small and holding temps with a 10 below wind chill says a lot about the quality of these kettles. I've been looking at it since it came out and wondering should I or shouldn't I? I already have the 22" and all the accesories that go with it, but being a family of one, this travel kettle would be perfect when I just want to cook for me. It'll also be great to do sides on while the main course is cooking on the 22" when I cook for friends & family. It's a win-win any way ya look at it. Now I gotta start saving money to get this grill and the accesories to go with it. SnS is a great company, love you guys.

    It’s really a quality, well made and well designed cooker. It ran like a champ in that weather and didn’t flinch. SNS products never disappoint me. I am proud to work with a company that puts so much thought and quality into everything they do.

    That was a great piece of information that Mike gave about it holding temps at those freezing levels. We hope you get a chance to pick up the Travel kettle when you can. It's really a fun kettle to use especially when you don't need a lot of cooking room. Cheers bud!

    Looks yummy. One minor criticism: the video edit between the "pop" and the "chew" @7:03...well, it doesn't signal that everything went okay and instead had to be reshot.

  • @EverydayBBQ

    @EverydayBBQ

    2 жыл бұрын

    Lol if there was one thing that went perfect in the making of this video, it was those peppers lol. No reshoot necessary. I just don’t like chew sounds and so I cut them out. Thank you for watching!

  • @SnSGrills

    @SnSGrills

    Mike should do an extended BTS scene of the chewing just for fun. haha. As Mike mentioned most food creators try to hid the chewing sounds as microphones make it sounds extra loud. We hope you give it a shot :)
