I've always wanted to play 3rd person moba games, and I literally just started playing Smite a couple of minutes ago. This video helped me a lot and I am thankful for it! I'm already having fun with the tutorial, your vid just made me love this game more. Thanks again!

I hope you continue to enjoy! Smite has a lot to offer, and once you are confident with some of those starter gods, there is so much depth to the roster that you are bound to find some gods you love playing!

New to MOBAs and to Smite. Recently picked to coach my eSports program at the school I work at, and Smite is one we are considering adding when we upgrade hardware. Right now it's League of Legends and Rocket League. Your guide was very informative. I actually prefer the 3rd-person perspective of Smite to LoL but I'm finding the leveling to be much slower than LoL (In about the same amount of time I've leveled to 6 in LoL and 4 in Smite - told you I was new :D ) Anyway, as Level 15 is needed to open up several of the modes, it may be awhile :D

Tip #3 is my single most important suggestion for new players. Some gods are just HARD to pick up early on. You can always play what you want to afterwards so dont worry! @@ki11ukw1k builds are one thing I wanted to avoid going deep into. I recommend the smitefire or smiteguru sites for your builds!

i've avoided smite out of spite lol of all things because i was a global agenda player and i blamed smite for GAs demise. welp, i recently decided to give mobas in general a fair shake and that path has led me smite. it looks good, i think i'll like it. thanks for answering a few questions i had, and even a few i didn't know i had.

Great video I just started playing Smite I have been enjoying Arena but wow I tried playing conquest and I literally had players tell me they wish I would drop dead very toxic.

Unfortunately most mobas are like that :/ hopefully you get some more helpful teammates out there. Dont be afraid to let them know you are learning conquest, Smite has more helpful players than the other mobas for sure

Most of those beginner gods are actually what I'd recommend for arena! A bunch of the people I taught how to play started in Arena I'll think about an arena guide for sure!
