Bugs are also invertebrates, so worms are also bugs. They're just not insects or arachnids but they're still bugs.

yeah. I'd say in english, the technical meaning of "bug" is True Bug, all of which are specific insects, and then the common meaning is "a little guy." worms are definitely little guys.

To be fair to Franklin Pierce, it's kinda hard to be president when you're dealing with major depression and PTSD from watching your son get crushed and partially decapitated in front of you in a freak train accident not to mention his wife who kept telling him that becoming the president was a mistake.
