Ya I know it’s uncomfortable, I’m 17 and people look at me weirdly as well, they think I’m a teen mom but nope I have reborn for therapeutic reasons and the baby clothes are so adorable. Keep doing what your doing hon :)❤️

1) Reborns are art dolls not play dolls for children. 2) If you dont like the looks then either ignore them or don’t take them out. I take mine out now and then and I don’t care what people think. Most of the comments I’ve gotten have been positive, and a genuine interest and curiosity about them. If somebody doesn’t like my doll, I don’t care, it’s not their doll. If they don’t like it, they can go away.

To read small print my face has to be very close to the print and the lighting has to be not too bright and I have to be wearing my glasses. Yes I see in black and white but can guess some colors based on shades.

Hello! Most people who collect reborns don’t actually care for them like they are real babies. I definitely do not! It may seem this way on video because we like to “roleplay” on videos as if they have a personality. In reality, when I’m not filming videos with my dolls they sit on display as pieces of artwork for weeks to months at a time not being changed or picked up. There are a huge variety of reasons that some people collect them but for me personally, they are pieces of artwork, it’s relaxing to hold a weighted object, I’ve collected baby dolls my entire life, the doll community online is fun to be a part of, I enjoy baby fashion, and it’s just a FUN hobby! And of course I make videos here on KZread sharing my doll collection.

She’s a one of a kind piece of artwork so you can’t just go and buy her BUT her sculpt is the April sculpt by Joanna Kaxmierczak and you may be able to find a similar one by looking for one. Be careful! This sculpt is a highly counterfeited kit so be sure to see safety photos and a COA before purchasing.

Is this some kind of role play thing(?) Or is this an effort to satisfy an inner desire m/need for attention (?) @@MelissaHallHavilah People who collect reborn dolls can have a huge variety of reasons. For me personally, I simply enjoy collecting dolls, enjoy baby fashion, the art form is very impressive, they are a nice weight to hold every once in awhile just like a weighted blanket, and my channel is my part time job. I DO NOT treat these dolls like they are real. When I’m not filming videos with them, they mostly sit on display as pieces of artwork. On camera I do some videos roleplaying but that’s just for fun and the entertainment of my viewers. When most people stumble upon this doll community, which consists of millions of collectors at this point, most people assume that everyone treats their dolls like they’re real or relies on them heavily and that is NOT true for a large portion of doll collectors. I think the confusion comes from the fact that the dolls look so real and so people don’t understand it’s just a hobby like many others.

@wioanna fix Interesting as when I take them out to visit nursing homes, hospitals, and assisted living facilities, even the staff love them as well. I’ve taken them to airports, most stores you can think of, restaurants, and am always open about them being dolls and sharing my channel and get nothing but great responses. But hey, can’t please everyone apparently lol.

You do realize that this channel is dedicated to doll content right?😂 lol. Roleplaying on camera does NOT equal treating dolls like they are real or thinking they are real AT ALL. These dolls are realistic pieces of artwork that I share on my channel but are rarely handled off camera. They mostly sit on shelves on display as pieces of artwork when not being featured in videos.

My concern for the reborn babies is that moms replace the loss of their human baby with the fake baby. The psychological impact on healing for them is tremendous.

There are millions of us realistic art doll collectors. We even have meetups and huge doll shows of hundreds of us at a time. What’s creepy is that you clicked on my video on my DOLL CHANNEL, a channel literally dedicated to realistic doll content for the entertainment of other doll collectors and doll enthusiasts, thinking you were about to watch a video of someone’s REAL BABY! Children deserve privacy and to be protected, not to be posted all over the internet and used by their parents to make money. That’s what’s REALLY weird! I’d rather share realistic dolls and baby fashion online than post my REAL children who have a right to privacy and protection.
