I have only done this a few times. I dont know if it will firm the nasolabial folds or not but my goodness it was soooo relaxing. I felt like sleeping after this. Maybe it will help make face less puffy by activating lymph glands. Very good face massage.

Its hard nowadays to determine if the results are from the massages or fillers. I'm thinking its mostly filler and it helps to give credentials to these youtubers. Ive done these exercises and havent seen any difference
