Hey! Before you comment: "Do the lawsuit arc" I need to tell you something. See if i made a video for each new arc that comes out, there would be a bunch of very short recap videos. And that's not good. My favorite videos are the ones where i recap and explain things. If a recap is long and the story is good i can make a really great video. But if it's short (5 - 10 minutes) it's hard to make it epic. Thank you guys for all the support! It's insane how popular this video is! I was hoping for at least 1k views but nope. 260k+!! 14:46 correction: Susan doesn't sent the Bros there; SMG3 does. (Proof: the episode "The Internet Graveyard" takes place between parts in "Mario vs KZread" in which Mario tells SMG4 how he got there in the first place.) Also, 20:23 they are all trapped in SMG3's pod, not 0's.

Man i recently kinda got back into smg4 and after watching this ive only now just realized JUST HOW MUCH I MISSED I think the only arc i got to see myself was the waluigi arc, while seeing some random side episodes in the few times i checked out the channel throughout the years lmao I feel EXTREMELY OLD lol

Dang, I'm thoroughly impressed at how concise this turned out to be. I was always curious about all the characters and the lore of SMG4's videos but never had the time to go through and watch everything. Thank you for this brief/coherent explanation about all of the lore up to that current timeline and all that had happened.

Smg4 is one of those fandoms that it's really difficult to explain to someone else that doesn't know about the fandom without it sounding weird or it making no sense. So I'm gonna save this video and show it to everyone who asks what smg4 is.

I'm here after Mario is the last man on earth. I'm thinking he is starting an arc for him. His friends are slowly starting to get annoyed by him in previous videos. Probably which is what led to them ditching him in the first place. I'm worried about what comes Saturday so I wanted to recap on the previous arcs because I took a hiatus after getting into arcane. Who is every main deep character in SMG4: Mario: Before SMG4 entered the mushroom kingdom, he was normal Mario (as in he had brain cells). Then SMG4 arrived in a USB ship and it began to Memefy everyone in the Mushroom Kingdom. This Stupid Mario is the Avatar of this universe. Blah Blah Blah Avatar is important if they die or get stolen bad thing happens blah blah blah. Now his only thoughts are Spaghetti, but he is a kind person at heart. Tho he may not know what that even is. Also is friends with Slenderman and Steve SMG4: Standing for "Super Mario Glitchy 4" SMG4 is a Meme Guardian, meaning he has the ability to harness and use Meme energy, extracted from nearby Memes. This process requires the help of another Meme Guardian. With this Meme energy, he can use it as an attack or empower his avatar (Stupid Mario). SMG4 is one of the more rational characters and spends his time posting memes. Saiko: An Female character in a Dating Sim brought to life with a magic wand by Boopkins, Saiko is a Badass woman who prefers violence and fried chicken. She played in a band and is generally close to Tari, Meggy and Melony. She wields a 2 handed hammer with a skull on it as her weapon of choice. Listen to "Darkest Hour" one of her songs. Meggy: An Inkling turned human after getting all her Ink sucked out of her. Before that, she wanted to win the Turf war Championship then Mario entered her life and she addresses him as "Red". She never got to win the Championship before she was turned into a human but she still entered it with her team + Mario with the motive to fulfill the promise she gave to her dead "Friend" Destiny. That promise was to win. She is now 99% voiced and owns a Hotel/Home and sucks at cooking. She retained her acrobatic skills and has brain cells, but is slowly losing them as episodes pass. "What has SMG4 done to me" - Meggy after doing a very Mario action. (Also needs to update her ID) Tari: A Gamer and character from Meta Runner. She has a Robot arm to enhance her gaming skills and really likes Ducks. Kind and one of the few people keeping the others from going on a blood-thirsty rampage, she does not like violence and generally try to avoid it. She is innocent and loves all things cute and couldn't kill an animal even if it's to save her own life. Tho her innocent and general shy behaviour, don't let that fool you went it comes to games. She is the Best when it comes to them with a strange ability to enter games for an advantage, when doing so her physical body enters a trance-like state. For more information go watch Meta Runner Lore. Bob: Considered the sketchy Drug Dealer Hobo, Bob is (probably) a sketchy Drug Dealer Hobo. Usually, up to something illegal, Bob is Greedy and very selfish. Stealing and selling things that aren't his or Gambling away their friend's own homes, he is very reckless and very into women. Despite his horrible nature SMG4 and friends still acknowledge him as a friend and Bob also cares for them. Bob also had a successful Raping career which led to him losing his friends. He ended up ditching his Raping career to go back to his friends, his best "Friend" is Boopkins. Bob also has Ovaries and yells whenever he is in pain "ow my ovaries". Melony: A Watermelon given the Dieoties mask, she is a (Demi-God like) girl who loves to sleep. Kind but kind of oblivious, she can unleash her Dieotie powers when her friends are in danger. She is also Axols girlfriend who has sacrificed himself. She is a pure and wholesome Bean. Axol: A famous manga artist with a pen that can bring his drawings to life with a special pen. The pen uses normal ink but Inkling Ink is much better for bringing his drawings to life for much longer. He ends up sacrificing himself after getting passed by "SMG0" and saying goodbye to his girlfriend Melony. Boopkin: An Anime-loving Spike thrower. He is cursed with the 'Loser" character trait meaning he suffers a lot, thrown, forgotten, dumb and left out he is a kind weeb who is looked down upon. Despite this, his father is (I think) Cthulhu or at least a humanoid figured Octopus. Poor guy. SMG3: Evil SMG4 and is always behind SMG4. SMG3 is greedy, rude and narcissistic. He lives in the Internet Graveyard where dead memes live. Despite this, he is a willingness to admit defeat and team up with SMG4 and friends sometimes (usually with alternative motives). He is SMG4 but worst and with a different personality. SMG1 & SMG2: SMG1 is more Cubed like while SMG2 is more Sphere like. The 2 are good friends and teach SMG4 and SMG3 how to use Meme Energy and Extract. The 2 are much more skilled and Knolagable than SMG4 and SMG3. SMG0: SMG0 is a Meme Guardian who lived with his Avatar and Memes. The Memes got corrupted and Neil decided to help them build the Meme life cycle. SMG0 now lives on a Fragment of his old destroyed universe, alone. Neil: Wanting Perfection and no less, Neil tricks SMG0 into fusing then does bad things. He ends up getting defeated but ends up tricking Melony so that they could fuse and use her Dieotie powers for his own plans. Extras: Waluigi: Salty for not getting into smash, he creates the T-Pose infections and gains god-like powers. He ends up getting defeated by everyone and his brother, Wario. Belle: Tari's rival and the polar opposite, Belle is another Meta Runner. Shroomy: A Camp counsellor who can build a Rocket Launcher out of Sticks and Stones. Shroomy is a Law following, Positive thinking, Demon Hunting, god boy. His Uncle is the Doom Slayer from DOOM and his Aunt is Alcina Dimitrescu from Resident Evil | Village. Being raised by them, their influence on him, had him gain a liking for Demon Slaying, but after an accident, Shroom lost his bloodthirsty and Violence craving persona and became the Shroomy we know now. This led to the DOOM SLAYER leaving him out of sadness and now raising a new child. This second Persona is represented by Anti-Shroomy. Anti-Shroomy is Violent, Reckless, and Purple. He comes out when a PTSD-like event happens, usually when a Demon(s) are nearby or spotted. He can also play the Banjo. JubJub: The adopted little brother of Boopkins, JubJub is a Toddler who is often kicked around by Mario. He wears a Coconut. His famous line is "(Happily) Jub Jub!". Whimpu: Boopkin's weeb rival, both are Weebs with Divided opinions. Whimpu also shows interest in Saiko in a "please step on me" way. Rob the Scarecrow: A farmer who only grows corn and nothing else. He really loves corn. That's his only main character trait. Despite this, his design has a pumpkin in it and a straw hat. Mr, Monitor: A police officer who loves the law. If you ever break the law in any way, you are dead. He is always watching and Meggy is his deputy. He will notice if you are breaking the law and will do everything in his power to punish you. If you don't do anything Ilegal then you are ok and his is a cool guy. Jeeve: A Fork who owns several businesses, he does not like Mario. He likes to keep things formal and hates dealing with ideots. Susan: The owner of KZread and owner of the "Remote" she very powerful and could end you with a press of a button. Luckily she is no tyrant and is responsible. Steve: Steve from Minecraft is steve from Minecraft. He can Build, Mine, Craft and loves Chickens. He is good friends with Mario and your opinion on Minecraft will affect his response towards you. Luigi: Has his Luck stat maxed out, Buff as hell, and Gay. He is Marios brother, he is what you expect from a Brother of the main character, Shy, Incompetent and Sensitive. Karen: Despite her name, she is not that kind of Karen. She is relatively new to the channel but will appear more often. She is the underpaid employee. She is often seen with a straight face but is kind to kids.

During the anime island part Hatsune Miku was put on the island despite not being anime it’s actually a vocaloid.there was also a few Pokémon characters like iris and N and dawn and sepiroth and shaggy which all are not anime but the arc was still amazing

I think this was before SMG4's new design and definitely before the new castle.

I stopped watching SMG4 around when the KZreadr arc finished because I didn't find the new content that appealing to me, since I came for le funny stupid adventures with the characters of the channel but it then turned into a full blown series with lore. Of course there are still some shitpost videos but in general I don't really like watching SMG4 anymore, but I do like that the SMG4 team is still going and making high quality movies, and it looks like their having lots of fun doing so. Also, banger video.
