I'm from Costa Rica, and basically, Yei is amazing with all characters He usually plays dittos with some of our best players and even then they can't beat him I personally have beaten him once in a K Rool ditto, but he smashed me in all of the other matches we played

Desde que ví los sets de Meme vs Tweek y Dark Wizzy en G7 me volví su fan, pero con lo que hizo anoche se vistió por completo de héroe, hasta salté del sillón cuando ganó el último juego jajaja. No solo superó a Yei con claridad en la final 3-1 y 3-0, sino que prácticamente arrasó con todos sus rivales. Meme juega como los mismos dioses. ¡Pinshi Meme, te quiero para mi hermana!

Ese Yei es un jugadorazo, destruyó a varios de los mejores jugadores del país y de hecho por un momento pensé que iba a ser necesario traer a Leo para partirle su madre porque no se veía quién le fuera a ganar. Ojalá que pronto pueda ir a torneos en USA, seguro sería una sensación. Solo pienso que le convendría reducir su repertorio un poco para que pueda dominar mejor a sus personajes, porque si bien destruyó a varios jugadores, creo que dependió mucho del tiempo que tarda el rival en adaptarse al cambio de matchup, y eso contra alguien del nivel de Meme simplemente no funcionó a la larga, que claramente terminó descargándose a su Meta Knight y a su Joker, los cuáles podrían ser mejores si se concentrara en menos personajes.

Yoshi is a good character he’s just not very popular so people tend to underrate him. Most annoying character too

I watched Yei tear through this tournament with MK and the moment he ran into a real challenge, Meme in WF, he switched to a top tier character for the win. It's sad that he didn't even pull MK back out during Grands. Meme showed hes a top player and I feel Yei has that same potential, just wish he tried harder once the real challenge arrived. Mad props to Meme for his solid gameplay

Yei is a very good player who can play anyone on the roster. He can play nearly all of them at a high level and seems to rely on his versatility if he runs into a wall.

I think this is the first major Yoshi has won since the Smash 64 days. A historic grand finals to be sure!

Martin Escamilla He’s asking about the tournament’s PGR rank, not the skill of the players. Many great players are here, but unfortunately they aren’t PGR ranked, so I suspect the tournament is around B tier for PGR purposes.

Why not metaknight? Bad decision .... Mario, cloud, lucina, but not mk ? But i respect, he tried everything

The fact that yoshi has so much aerial mobility with such jank hitboxes makes Yoshi dishonest. Granted the guy played well and did have some reads but still the spamming is what makes this game unhealthy. Look at game and watch, he is the same - because he spams he is more likely to win.
