He doesn't really now how to use pacman, he relies way too much the fire hydrant and bell way to much when killing the opponent where it makes it predictable. Im a pacman main myself since ssb4 in which when mogg had a hard time to kill, he kept using the same set-up in which is not all good, during that time there was about 5 kill options to use but he didn't .

Mogg played great but you can tell he has a lot to learn. Give him a couple of years and he might be a top player. Just got to learn how to capitalize on situations. He made a lot of mistakes in this set.

There's so many tournament vids out right now, I only clicked this one because it was a Grand Finals with Pac-Man. Was not disappointed. Incredibly impressed by the close game.

can you shine reflect pac-man hydrant when you are under him and he throws it down? didn't see it happen at all, and the threat of the hydrant stopped zd from ever trying to continue air juggles, so I gotta think that you can't shine it.

Reflector just blocks the hit when it's falling but some characters like Bowser can actually upsmash or even upair it before it hits the ground and combo into it. You can only reflect the hydrant after it's launched, there's a few moves reflectors just block in this game. Fox and Falco have relatively low damage per hit so they really struggle to launch the hydrant, Pac-Man has a few quick moves with high damage so he can break it easily himself.

It’ll reflect and it can hit him but only if you do it right under him, it’ll jump a little then keep falling like normal so if it’s already fallen any Pacman will already be out of the way

It will send it back up a little bit so he'd have to shine it upon release and shine is still a pretty big commitment in this game.

Also......on a different note I have a question and well couldn't really find any info around the net, but I was wondering if anyone can tell me who is better out of a 1111 Mii gunner or Robin? Are they relatively even, or would say one greatly out classes the other?

Tyler Wilson Robin is way better if you know him/ her very well, but you could probably get more done with gunner if you don’t know either of them

i Love pac man People don’t see the forethought that goes into 1 move. Jump Drop hydrant Nair on the way down Walk off hydrant Up air hydrant That was 4 steps for 1 more all of which have to be done accurately and timed. Pac man’s biggest downfall is when you try to shield nair and it makes you grab. After playing with Pac-Man you feel all other characters are so one dimensional Until you play olimar 💀

Tea has wins on Oisiitofu, Aki, Yoshidora and Shogun. These together are definitely better than Mogg's results or Sinji.

It’s a trap set up the way he enters back onto the stage is punishing if the person falls for it Sometimes I’ll drop the hydrant by the edge and if they hit it I’ll enter back on with a kick and hit it and it hits them

I really want to main pac man but man the patience tho...

Why does mogg throw his item off stage sometimes and regrabs before using it? Doesn’t that just take away his A options?

I feel like pac man is alot better than people think I mean tea beat tweek as a pac main. Shows that pac man is viable at that level of top players. I also feel like alot of people aren't familiar with the matchup either.

Even though he is low tire, he is even worse in smash 4. Grab that doesn't work half the time even though someone is in its range, and fruit that Flys faster than pac can run to pick it up.

Pac man does have decent close combat but pac man has a hard time landing since all his move leaves gaps which what makes him wide open, hiding then attacking is effective way to set up and commit to his whole moveset so whether people think it's annoying way to fight no one wouldn't virtually be able to use him at a high level
