One fun thing against newer players is to neutral b, they'll shield, then dash attack. Don't let it turn into a habit, but you'll send them flying.

While we do have characters like Link, Zelda, and the Animal Crossing characters, the only extremely setplay-centric characters in SSBU we have are Snake, Duck Hunt, and Plant; we need more playstyles like these

Despite being a plant main, I'm still learning so much from this video. I had no idea that nair-upsmash/up-tilt was a thing. That's what's so great about plant, there's always more to learn about it's and so many ways to use it's tools together.

So happy to see some plant love when at the start ppl didnt think much of him at the time always smh when he’s underestimated, always love using him very fun to use ❤️

This video was amazing. Easily one of your best. Kinda reminded me of your Art of Samus video. (An update of that would be cool, but not expected). Great work to you and the voice actor. And the editor if that was someone else.

When IzAw said on Twitter, "You ain't ready for these memes!" I thought he was kidding! Then to bring in David Hayter for Snake, mimic a codec for the Art of Plant, and still cover Plant's tools, AND you got my boy Smooth McGroove to do an a cappella, IzAw you're a mad lad! Well done man!

I remember watching your week one guide for this. This one's nice for going more into depth of its gameplan as a ledge trapper, while also being more silly! One of my brothers enjoys playing him, so perhaps I'll show this to him! ^^

At first, I thought the Snake interactions were going to be cheesey, but little did I know that this was Art of KZread as well. Good show. That said, as a Snake Main, I appreciate all the counterplay advice, and look forward to your teased Art of Snake, IzAw.

Honestly was expecting the entire video to be the plant gang rap.

No, please no xD. We don't need more Snakes. What we need more videos for actual low tiers, by Izaw or otherwise (can't put all the pressure on him).

Every other character: Nooo! You cant just cover almost all of my ledge options and end my combos on the first hit with one move! Piranha Plant: *haha neutral b go pwooosh*

As a piranha plant main I can say that this video holds up extremely well

I'd love to see an "Art of Wii Fit Trainer". Header cancels and wicked deep breathing combos need to be showcased!

This honestly straight up looked like a bill nye episode of smash ngl, also is it bad that gives me a huge respect for plant players.

You can actually keep holding b then slide to hit a to cancel it just in front of you and is the fastest way to deal with counters. Just make sure you're spaced correctly because it's not a true cancel

@@JJSquirtle I've never seen a video on it though I'm sure one might exist. Just in case you need it I made a quick one, but it's pretty simple: You set up your controls with A+B smash on, then when using Down special you can press A at any time to cancel it far sooner than if you are just trying to hit B twice or A right after B.

Izaw, I know this is a shot in the dark, but I think The Art or Villager would be awesome. Villager has a ton of potential in theory, he’s just extremely unexplored, Kept basically being the only Villager.

At starting percents you can up throw to neutral b. Will beat most aggressive airdodges, and can chase airdodges and jumps with the spikeball. Not perfect but a decent mixup that that is very rewarding if it works.

Another fun interaction between Little Mac and Plant's poison is that it will ALWAYS trigger the super armor of Mac's Smash Attack, increasing his damage output as a result Great video, I love Plant ❤

I'm very pleased with the Mario cast in this game. The meme lords Piranha Plant and Daisy have been added to complement the bizarre Luigi/Wario and the disrespect lord Bowser. All I can still ask for is Captain Toad/Toadette and maybe Paratroopa lol
