For someone that doesn't have a meat grinder: Could I just blitz hotdogs in a food processor and make patties out of them that way? This looks delicious but I don't know if I'll ever get a meat grinder.

Well technically it has everything to do with a hot dog except for its form, you have the sausage or in this case just the meat but still the same, mustard and the bun its all there just assembled differently

If you watch the video you’ll hear me say we used to make hotdogs at restaurants i worked at. Especially when we had a late night hot dog fried rice dish that was sooo good. If you take all these steps to make it yourself it’s a way nicer product than just buying a pre packaged dog
