Yeah, without the balance you cannot upgrade your Cats, and if your cats are not uprgraded you cannot earn more or mine wCATI tokens

On this game what are we really mining which points make sense and we need to focus on? Is it the earn part of the fish or the merge part if the cats or the spins I am confused?

You are mining for higher cat which in turns gives your higher mining rate of vKitty

Which voting are you referring to in particular? The recent voting is based on a Charity Program and not Airdrop. Cat Level is the major determinant for Airdrop among of factors like your in-game assets.
