Hi, I just turn on my Spotify playlist and control the music on my watch

How accurate is the heart rate tracking feature? (Asking because i bought a budget smart watch that would still throw off random numbers even when i wasnt wearing it)

But... What about the waterproof...is it safe? For how long or how deep?..

How is the speaker phone, is it loud or do you have to hold near the ear?

I cant get it to charge, in the battery level setting it says, "no charging after binding" how do i unbind?

Have you checked the settings to see if those apps are maybe not allowing notifications? Can check on the phone and probably the watch also

I see my messages as they come in in but flash on the watch for like 5 seconds. I have no clue where to find them on the watch

How do you recharge it? It's been plugged in all evening but isn't charging.

This has a magnetic snap connection. It MUST be snapped on correctly. There are 3 little pins, between the 2 tiny round magnets. Those must make contact with the pads on the watch. To make sure it snaps on correctly, hold the watch in one hand with the top part up and the back of the watch facing you. You should see the little charging port at the top. This is important. Then, take the charging cable and hold the little piece with the magnets and the wire going to the left of you and the watch. Just move the charging magnets towards the watch, as much in line as possible. It should just snap into place perfectly. If it pushes itself out of the way or snaps on an angle, then you have the magnets in the wrong orientation. Again, face of watch in your hand so you see the back, having the top of the watch upwards as well. Just plug into any usb that you have. Your computer or even a usb charger. Any usb that works. If you have it connected properly, you'll feel it vibrate and make a noise. If you now turn it around to have the watch face facing you, making sure to not disengage the magnets, when you press the button ONCE, you should see the charging screen itself. If you press the button again (twice) then you'll see the normal watch face. Hope that helps.

When I try to login to Alexa it asks me for my “device code”. What is that?

I think the app gives you the code when you are trying to connect to Alexa (before you are redirected to Amazon, I think)

'BPM' is beats per minute , meaning your heart rate. BP is blood pressure. I don't think the 19 reads BP.

Does this smart watch give you the abiliy to make and receive phone calls on it? Can I get text messages on this watch? Since you did not cover this, I am guessing it does not have that functionlaity. Please comment. Thank you!

yes you can make calls on it. I have one I'm reviewing now for KZread now. Also it can recieve text,emails, even app notifications. you just can't respond to them unless you unlock phone and do it from there

You should be able to answer. You can't text on it. Just read

Bpm is not blood pressure. The watch does not do blood pressure. It monitors sleep which is cool.

@@rohastechreviews An interesting note about the BPM on thsi watch. It's shockingly accurate. If you have it set to constantly function, it will keep track through the day. You will see a HIGHEST and LOWEST number when you go to the BMP page. This is important is someone is suffering from any kind of tachycardia! If at any time you see a high number, like over 100 or over 120 (depends on the person and if exercising or not), then you can go to "All Data" and look for the big numbers and see what was going on at that specific minute. THIS IS VERY GOOD TO HAVE if one is monitoring for heart issues!
