Our centrepiece will not light up I have tried push the middle of the convection circle but it don’t do anything

It may be defective. Make sure all the connections are tight and if it still isn’t working exchange jt

Could never get mine to work
Do I need plug them in or just use app ??

They need to be plugged in but you can control them with the app or the control box

hi cool lights i was thinking of getting the exact one off ebay lol.. will it stay in 1 solid colour im after a 100% all blue setting does it have that?
