    Just got a pair of these. When using a battery bank via the usb-c (without the batt handle), i am hard limited to 20% intensity. Do you have the same issue?

    Yes same thing happens to me. But I have been powering my RT25 light with my v mount battery USBc output. Which is USBc 2.0 protocol. My v mount battery is only supplying enough power to the RT25 light to go to max 70% brightness because my v mount battery is not powerful enough. It is recommended to power the light via USBc 3.0 protocol which can allow for more power to power the light at max brightness. Hope this helps and clarifies your question. You need a more powerful powerbank / power source.
