Hey Musi, is how can i calculate the tax i have to pay to the Market when i do buy or Sellorders? and the overall tax i have to pay even when quickselling?

Excelent video. Thanks for the help! Quick question: I'm calculating the market taxes costs. I don't have premium statuses on, so I pay more taxes and that sums up quite a big number. Do you have a any way to deal with market taxes? I think it's still worth it. It just reduces profit a lot. xD Also, do you use to buy and sell materials in just one city or you spend time looking for best prices and transporting materials around?

Worth to mention is that your return rate is different in each city , so better refine the material in the city with bonus to that material. For example in Bridgewatch you refine stone.

From where did you take The 44.4% from?

I have something to point out. Return rate 53.9% give u 2 mil profit, where 37.6% is around 1m profit, what means refining whole 999 stack with focus give u only 1m profit more that refining without focus. Cost of refining 999 with your specs is 30k and it is 3 days worth of focus because u get 10k per day. Basically u can make 300k extra per day (9m per mont) by refining with focus (assuming u have specs) without taking into consideration premium cost.

Correct. Most I've made in a month was 82mil from just refining alone but that is because I used a mammy. Most my profits comes from focus crafting food tbh. I wouldn't recommend using focus on refining but for newer players who don't have a mammoth I suggest using focus on refining til they finally afford a mammoth

​@@ItzMusiEhi man, I've a question: does it make sense to push refining to tier 8 and use focus on 8.2-.3-.4? Obviously i won't to able to make a lot of them initially, but it would get better by the time i get to 100/100 specs on t8! Based on your experience, does it make sense? Or it is much worse than refining anything worth, using focus on whatever is decent (like 6.2-7.1) enough? I kinda want to get a mammoth on EU in a decent time range, so I'm evaluating 🎉

@@ace_sweethell292 if you have profit it makes sense. but focus on unlocking T8 when you can find profit in T4 and T5 and get your refinings specs in T4 and T5.... maybe not, at least not initailly

If your transporting t5hide you should use t5 skinner cape

You mention potato salad, but is refining labeled as crafting? And it’s no quality in it?

Dukeofearl I just invested 5mil buying all the materials I could from different cities I've refined about half and made my money back so now the rest is all profit

Well something that isn’t considered that will make you go in the red is taxes when selling your leather 5194 minus 6.5% of taxes and set up order would be 4,856.39 per leather instead of 5194 That’s a -337.67 difference per leather I just lost a nice chunk of silver due to this 😢

Wait a tax of 6.5% made you go into the red? In this video take the profit that I just calculated and minus 6.5% from it and tell me how your conclusion made any sense.

I'll do the math make it easy for everyone. Profit was 4.9mil silver, sell order tax is at 6.5% so 4.9mil - 6.5% = 450k silver

Oops please forgive me Musi I made a fatal error of calculation 6.5% of 4.8mil is actually 318,500k. I am so sorry to every one the sell tax is 318,500k silver.

@@ItzMusi So in my example to be specific I plugged all the numbers in the calculator like on the video and it showed a positive return.. but I on the side wrote this down I bought 390 VII hide for $1,042,969 78 VI leather for 272,844 And the table charged me 5,751 (7.6 was the tax) So my investment was $1,321,564 I came out with 121 leathers The tier 7 leather was selling for 11,114 So the calculator showed a profit of $55,620 But when I listed it for the 11,114 I am truly getting 10,391.59 per leather That’s 1,257,382.39 So the loss was 64k ish I guess what I would maybe do different is not put how much the leather is selling for now, instead put what it’s selling for minus the 6.5% to see if it’s profitable or not
