KEV!!! Just a Suggestion but I’ve been using the Arrma Safe-D5 pinion gears and they are great. I’m sure you know but they have a D shape in the pinion to match the motor shaft so it can’t spin if the grub screw backs out. They are amazing and I recommend you use them on all your cars! Great Video as always Kev, Cheers!

I had less issues with the old Arrma diffs... Proper shimming is important. 👍👍👍

A piece of foam under the motor held in by silicone has worked well for me, and silicone is pretty easy to get off. Good vid!

I'm about to drop that same 8s Motor in my M2Cified Kraton and I'm thinking 25t should be good.... But for you in this video the snow made it really hard to see if you were REALLY undergeared. Personally think 8s is not necessary on any Arrma 6s basher... More about gearing and electrics than adding more S's. Snow bashes are always fun drifting sloppy messes! 😎👍 Stay Warm Kev🔥🔥🔥

The rear diff needs LS disks and plates, or 12x18 shims to cover the outer diameter of the planetary gears. The stock shims beneath the outdrive pins aren't enough to support the planetary gears by themselves. It was a hot topic on the Arrma Forum a while back

Hey Kev, do you recommend putting that big motor in the Armah Kraton?

Set up a ramp on the wall and do some wall riding. It would be a good video.

Ey kev a little tip I have found, to remove most of those glues that are like silicone like the stuff you used on the motor, a little acetone can make it much easier to clean up.

If you're gonna run a TP motor, highly, HIGHLY recommend putting a fan or two on it. TP's run really hot. Super powerful, but loads and LOADS of heat. Whatever motor you can chuck into an RC, I'd be willing to bet the TP will be lots more powerful.

I like the EXB a little better than the XMAXX because I'm more into racing and the EXB is a bit more stable other than that the XMAXX is a absolute bashing beast Love the giant motor Kev 🔥👍 Can't wait to see it rip when the snow goes away ✌️
