Small is beautiful.But It is by no means cramped. The design is attractive and also offers comfort. Not just the house but the outside too is well planned .It is certainly worth considering 🤔

Only items excluded from design - would or could have included a slanted roof with solar panels installed, (1 set to power a solar geezer) and rain water collections addition fir rain water collection, piped into a storage unit. Where the slated roof / could have created interior vertical air space, or a small attic for additional storage space etc ??

Only items excluded from design - would or could have included a possible slanted roof with solar panels installed, (1 set to power a solar geezer, the other panels for battery storage recharge for internal lighting, TV, WiFi = low wattage devices, etc ) where angle facilitates rain water collection, piped from edge gutters into an external water storage unit. Where the slanted roof angle / could also create a bit more interior vertical air space, or a small attic for additional storage spaces, etc ??

Really like the color of sofa and size of it also kitchen set up . Like all the windows. Didn't see any washer a nd dryer utility or enough of closet space. But nicely arranged.

I Love the design this is good for minimalistic who only use convenient appliance.. like when I was living in Japan i rent apartment it is small but comfortable..

There is closets on either side of the bed they small thou. I think this would be great for a air b&b / holiday house, for quest as a seperate unit from the main house or a teenager/college appartment. I would replace the couch with a 2 seater and go smaller with the dinning set too, keeping it all just for 2 as the the table and 4 chairs seems cramped and definitely use a bed with drawers underneath for bedding ect. And go with build in convection microwave with a 2 plate hob top.

Nice house, but like kitchen shelves up higher. And would love to see a refrigerator higher to. Can not bend over to much because of a bad back. Would love to see sliding doors to. Bathroom sink with no selves under it.

Sometimes there is a combo w/d unit under the counter in a bathroom or kitchen. I don't know if that is the case but if not might be able to be added

Ponerla fuera con un techo de madera en armario cerrado, si lo pones en la cocina ...demasiado cerca de los alimentos y apenas si hay espacio, en el baño quitas espacio para otras cosas. Mejor fuera

En lo de la lavadora de acuerdo contigo, pero si puedes permitirte el lujo, de tender la ropa al aire libre, con aquel típico aroma que adquiere a limpio, mejor ahorrar en aparatos eléctricos, que contaminan el planeta, ¿¿¿ DE VERDAD, QUIERES QUE TU ROPA HUELA A MAQUINA DE SECADO ??? NI PUNTO DE COMPARACION, SI SE SECA AL SOL, SOBRE TODO SABANAS Y TOALLAS ETC..

House for a hobbit, the shower head is 4'2. Beautiful though, would like to build something similar
