Nice front view. ( my plan soon) I like 4 units, 2 up, 2 down. With dirty kitchen, have 1window each bed room, dining too. Garage, 150 sq.m.

love the idea of 2 rooms! will def. keep this in mind.

Interesting design and great concept, except for the lack of windows! Or skylights.

O projeto é legal, mais faltou alguns detalhes como colocar a pia no banheiro no lugar do balde, e na área de serviço a pia de lavanderia junto com maquina de lavar roupa. E deixar a mais espaço no muro para entrar vento, assim a casa fica mais ventilada, já que não tem janela nas laterais e no banheiro que precisa ser arejado.

Great idea!

LR, DR & Kit need to all be at front. BRs at back, both with windows. Laundry & BA combined in middle as one does not need a window for these. Result is fewer walls & windows in living areas.

It’s too hot for coats in Philippines. Shoes usually placed outside. Renters will have options to buy shoe rack placed besides main doors. It’s a culture thing to enter in the living area (visitor will enter in the seating area )

The desing is good but I Will change the single room to the Laundry place and the bath in the midle whis a roof skilight ( can be open for dump) so is a little more privacy.

Paano kung gawing my roof deck ang sa gitna na unit, ano po kaya magiging hitsura? Roof deck for raw houses style na my 1 small bedroom lang muna para sa mga wala pang sapat na budget para gawin diretso na two storey house.

It's a nice idea, but the housing market isn't based on cheap housing, it's based on buying as much as you can afford, until you can sell at a profit, & work your way up to 'bigger & better'! I don't know when people stopped buying homes to actually LIVE in & bring up a family in?!?!

Yes, here in Brazil the neighborhood is more importante than the house, we have some big house in slums and shit places ,and Very small houses in decents neighborhoods. And tou know were the people want to live.
