это конечно не жилой дом, скорее бунгало для кемпинга на семью в летнее время. Нет прихожки, гардероба, топочной. Но смотрится красиво. особенно комнатуха на верху будет радовать детей.

It is amazing how much you were able to pack into 700 sqft, but this is clearly not designed for any US audience (no second exit, wet baths, beds tucked up against walls and no room to walk around them). No worries at all... there are plenty of places/people outside the US 👍. It _would_ be nice to see an enlarged version of this - perhaps 100 sqm/1,100sqft - with basically the same general design but each room just a little larger, and with things that US building codes require (like that second exit). Anyway, nice concept!

6x8 house is pretty comportable.

It has beautiful facade but what i don't want in this design, the dining room is right after you enter the main door and besides, it has no back door.

SMALL HOUSE DESIGN | 4 BEDROOM | 6.5 X 8.5 Meters | Loft Type Внешне ( по дизайну) и размерам (6.5х8.5 м) = заебасто, жить там - не удобно (разве что невысокого роста ...народомассам, и кому за ночь требуется - менее 15 м.куб. воздуха - иначе ..."угар"), ...как и могут - на раз:два = обокрасть (так привлекать - ...внимания - "вывеской", да ещё - с полным обозрением всей ещё и внутренней роскоши пиздастых убранств (включая - и без трусов по дому прогулки)! ______________ У нас (хоть и хочецца!!!) = такое лучше: не строить.

galit na galit? gusto manakit? ano ba kasi sir balak mo lutuin sa ganyang design bakit mangingitim un ceiling mo? heavy cooker ka ba or mag iihaw sa loob ng bahay? kasi kung napansin mo may RANGE HOOD diba? uso na yan ngaun kahit nga sa mga condo unit na walang ventilation may ganyan na eh, nde nman nangitim un ceiling, hinihigop nyan ung usok, search mo... tsaka nde yan magiging mainit, kasi kung papanoorin mo ulit, may sliding door na malapit, xempre bubuksan mo un para nde ka mainitan, un dn purpose nyan boss.. Это плохой дом. Проект плох для средних и тем более северных широт. Нет зоны "закрытого входа" . Зимой холод будет в доме прикаждом открывании двери. Категарически нет зоны хранения вещей! Нет шкафов для теплых(или демисезонных) вещей, нет кладовки для пылесоса и бытовой химии, нет этого. Нет места для системы водоподготовки. Ведь каждый дом это, как правило, своя скважина, а это система фильтрации. Это дом не для жизни. Это "гостевой коттедж" в приморской зоне на югах.

Насест для кур. Кухня никакая, а семья большая

ПУСТАЯ МУЗЫКА ДО ПОЛОВИНЫ РОЛИКА👎👎👎

Самых худший дом что я видел, стеклянная стена делается всегда в задней части дома, так как сад за домом распологается. Нет 2 выхода в сад. Нет помощения под котельную. Нет не одной ванны. Нет теплого контура у входа. Детская комната без стен а так как нет стен а дети шумные то и дом шумный. 2 Этаж получается бесмысленный и очень дорогой.

Две маленькие спальни предполагают на наличие детей. Тогда где прихожая? Или с улицы можно заходить в грязной обуви, в мокрой верхней одежде. И копейки не стоит этот проект.
