What caught my attention was your wrap around upper deck.😊 If you can add a half bath in the upper section, that'd be helpful.

This is the design I choose for my dream house and currently the construction is ongoing.Thank you for sharing your works. The only thing that i want to revise is the location of stair, wanted it to move in the kitchen location to have more space in the living room.

perfect. no design issues!😍 kung meron man, added cost ang suggestion ko. wala kasi bathroom sa itaas. puwede siya ilagay sa ibabaw ng bathroom ng ground floor, common sa bedroom, living area.

The second floors bedroom should be moved to where the living area is instead. Then anyone can have access to the roofs patio without disturbing anyone. And yes, you need at least a half bathroom on the top floor.

How much would it cost for the fully finished house of this design?
Beautiful well done! I could envision living in it with solar panels on top. The only thing missing is a bath/shower on the 2nd level. With this, it would be perfect for many people. Can it be done?

Their designs are very agreeable to me. Neat and not looking too overwhelming. My lot is only 120sqm in a tiny subdivision in Manila and this design will fit. Modern and neatly done!

Every 3 br home built in the ‘50s and 60’s had a single bathroom. If you had a two story you might get a half bath.
