I like the exterior design. How much is the blue print? I would love to have your idea. With some small changes.I like to have a bedroom for my elderly parents on the first floor and 4 rooms on the second floor.with a small office.Each room on a 2nd floor with own T&B. And an open concept with living dining and kitchen area. Thank you.

great architectural design. in the same time that we are paying attention to to the Aesthetics, we need to keep in mined that the building could be structurally be able to constructed it. corner of the building need to have columns. also too match lighting that is a waste of energy.

Beautiful design but the flow through the design needs to be improved. Remember it's the design flow of the building people want to see not the decor.

Hi can I make a request! Can you make a scheme/floor plan and post it on your KZread? I am a follower of yours. We’re having a 200sqm rectangular lot. Can you please give me an idea with the house plan? A two storey house. I want an open concept living room, dining room and a kitchen with one bedroom on the ground floor, plus dirty kitchen, laundry area and a terrace in front of the main door, with just one car garage slight elevated and T&B. And on the first floor a balcony, masters bedroom with our own T&B, his and her sink, bathtub, standing shower,a nice walk-in closet, our own coffee station inside our room, small fridge, small sitting area inside our room, and access with the balcony inside our room. plus two more rooms if possible on this floor and another separate T&B.With a small backyard. There are some good design here, but also bad. Little bad: Wasted space under stairs (in a small house space is a premium). Bad: dinning table and a breaksfast bar table less than .5m apart; should have extended the kitchen island to include a bar area with just a couple of chairs (more countertop space and area more open). Really bad: open front fence allowing people to see into pool area; fence should be solid, pool relocated to rear or some privacy screen.

How do I get this plan. Together with the pool.

I wish u did not spend. Too much time showing bedroom. Lanay porch pool etc were not given much details on the vid. Also the way going to each room but great design

Frankly the design seems to be more than 1800 sq feet
