Welcome to the good father channel.
This video we accept the challenge to make a small house design with a size of 2 x 5 meters or 10 Sqm.
This house was made to overcome the limitations of land due to the narrowing of urban land, and also the availability
funds for the purchase of residential land. We design this house very proportionally so that it can be applied in real buildings.
And here is the list of home designs that we have made, you can click the following link:

Minute 5:44, I finally see the house inside. More than half of the video watching the landscape. I dont see the shower in the bathroom or laundry space, too high and just one level. I saw other mini houses with more interior light. Need more windows and a second floor for the bed. Its claustrophobic.

*Good father,so far this is my fave in your channel.* I just modify it,add 1 more meter to the width which is just 2 meters and add wood table as the pergola can be use as outdoor dining too! This is perfect for my small plot that I bought in Manila (near my school and work). Surely,my friends would find this house cute! I will keep updated to your new videos,in case I change my mind and find new fave!🙋👍👍

I understand you build the house with limited land, what I don't understand is why do you take up so much land for the pergola, in fact, more than the house? Not to mention, where is the clothes closet? I think it would be a crazy neighborhood with everyone frustrated for realizing after they moved into one, it really was not practical. I love looking at these homes and the great imagination one has to design one of the homes, thank you.

sheila bonilla What did I say? The design gives hope to millions of people. They do not have it in their minds that such a house is anything less than perfect. But now You and your Thought of “I can’t breathe” is planted in their subsconcious. You cant breathe. Well, yes, everyone knows some people needed bigger houses. But must you exhale that line “I can’t breathe” like you are claustrophic. No one is saying your comment was bad. But breathing can be more difficult in bigger houses. So many sad people live in big houses.

What if it rains? There is no viable indoor living space. I would put door on the side to exit to pergola and push bathroom to the end so that indoor area isn’t lost to hallway by bath. That way it might be possible to fit a small indoor sitting space.

Why can’t the pergola be used as dining space? Maybe the kind of person who would want this kind of tiny house is more into being outdoors so they would only need inside space for the necessities such as storing food, getting sleep, and using the bathroom. And if it is too rainy to eat outside, a small fold down table mounted on the wall and possibly a fold up chair would do nicely indoors to save floor space.

Music sounds like pixies going through medieval torture but in my brain it's playing the theme of Shire from lotr. Which doesn't even make sense because hobbit homes are quite spacious for themselves. I can't express how much I hate people being forced into post modern dystopian tortures such as tiny homes. I also equally hate unreasonably massive single family home idea. It's as if we as an entire species are unable to find middle ground when it comes to life quality issues. (I'm excluding people who get off on tiny homes, speaking only because most people would be cramped up and depressed in homes like these)

In no way is it a perfect design. The parking area or terrace, is completely divorced from the house. You can place it on the other side and bring you access with French doors in the kitchen and not just give space sign, but you do it operational and functional. Place a motorhome bath and you will achieve space for a table or small desk, at least one to place the laptop.

You can mount a fold down table on the wall and have a fold up chair stored away if you wish or eat while on your bed or just eat outside under the pergola. You can go to a laundromat to do your laundry or a friend or family member’s house. A minimalist or someone who greatly enjoys the outdoors to spend more of their time outdoors than inside would probably find this to be the perfect tiny house for them as it provides a place to store food, get sleep, and use the restroom.

For the life of me why would ANYONE want to live in a dark cramped box. Claustrophobic can't describe this nonsense. Poorly planned. What are you going to do sit out in the rain ALL the time? I've seen campers on pickup trucks better designed than this.

I don’t know what to tell you other than that some people are minimalist and only need the necessities of storing food, getting sleep, and using the bathroom for their indoor spaces. Even then, some don’t even need those to be in a sheltered place. It’s okay if this isn’t the kind of design you’d personally choose, but it’s interesting to see the different ideas that people come up with for small living spaces.

Que espanto, te bañas prácticamente sobre el wc, pésimo diseño, mejor sacas una tina en el patio y a jicarazos. Fatal. Que tomada de pelo..
