Absolutely. Of all the slow life vlogs I watch, these are my favorite. As an American, it's hard to slow down, take our time and just...be, and these never fail to remind me of what's really important.

The discipline she has to not sleep in on her days off and be more productive than most people are all week is just astounding.

Her sandwich is very full so if she were to cut it without a tight wrap, a lot of the ingredients would fall out.
